阿立哌唑联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿立哌唑联合奥氮平在精神分裂症临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取北京市昌平区精神卫生保健院2021年1月—2023年12月收治的100例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为观察组(阿立哌唑联合奥氮平治疗)和对照组(单用奥氮平治疗),各50例。对比两组精神症状、认知功能、日常生活活动能力、心理状态、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组简明精神病评定量表评分、阳性和阴性症状量表总分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分降低,简易智力状态检查量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、日常生活活动能力评定量表评分升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.008);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果显著,可有效改善患者精神症状、认知功能、心理状态,提高日常生活活动能力,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Beijing Changping District Mental Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(aripiprazole combined with olanzapine)and a control group(olanzapine alone),with 50 patients in each group.The psychological symptoms,cognitive function,activities of daily living,psychological state,treatment efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,and Hamilton Depression Scale decreased,while the scores of the Mini-mental State Examination,Montreal Cognitive Assessment,and Activities of Daily Living Rating Scale increased,the observation group showed better results than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.008).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of aripiprazole and olanzapine is significantly effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,effectively improving patients'mental symptoms,cognitive function,psychological state,and activities of daily living,without increasing adverse reactions.
