消化内镜下套扎术联合“三明治”疗法治疗肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃静脉曲张出血的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析消化内镜下套扎术联合“三明治”疗法治疗肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃静脉曲张出血的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月凯里市第一人民医收治的80例肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃静脉曲张出血患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用消化内镜下套扎术治疗,研究组采用消化内镜下套扎术联合“三明治”疗法治疗。对比两组治疗效果、止血成功率、再出血率以及并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.043);研究组止血成功率高于对照组,再出血率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:消化内镜下套扎术联合“三明治”疗法治疗肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃静脉曲张出血的效果较好,可有效降低再出血率与并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic variceal ligation combined with"sandwich"therapy in the treatment of esophagogastric variceal bleeding in patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2023,80 patients with esophagogastric variceal bleeding due to liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=40).The control group was treated with endoscopic variceal ligation,and the study group was treated with endoscopic variceal ligation combined with"sandwich"therapy.The treatment efficacy,hemostasis success rate,rebleeding rate,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.043).The hemostasis success rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the rebleeding rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:Endoscopic variceal ligation combined with"sandwich"therapy is effective in the treatment of esophagogastric variceal bleeding in patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension,significantly reducing the rebleeding rate and complication rate.
