摘  要:为保障机车车辆车轮轮缘踏面校对样板量值的准确可靠,依据JJG(铁道)212—2023《机车车辆样板类量具检定规程》中典型坐标测量方法,分析校对样板轮廓上点的横坐标对其纵坐标测量结果的影响,建立纵坐标测量综合误差数学模型。机车车辆车轮轮缘踏面校对样板测量不确定度评定结果表明,校对样板测量结果不确定度均小于目标测量不确定度,满足量值传递要求。To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement values measured by the proofreading sample gauge for the wheel contour of locomotive and rolling stock,based on the typical coordinate measurement method in JJG(Railway)212—2023 Verification regulation of model class measuring sample gauge of railway locomotive and rolling stock,the influence of the horizontal coordinates of points on the contour of the proofreading sample gauge on its vertical coordinate measurement result is analyzed,and a mathematical model for the comprehensive error of vertical coordinate measurement results is established.The evaluation results of the measurement uncertainty of the proofreading sample gauge for the wheel contour of locomotive and rolling stock show that the measurement uncertainty of the proofreading sample gauge is less than the target measurement uncertainty,which meets the requirements of dissemination of the value of quantity.
