摘 要:为研究周期性地铁道床轨道结构的带隙特性,将钢轨和道床板视为欧拉梁,建立地铁周期轨道结构振动带隙计算模型,并基于声子晶体带隙基本计算方法:传递矩阵法和有限元法求得其带隙范围并分析轨道结构参数对其带隙特性的影响。结果表明:使用传递矩阵法和有限元法可以有效准确地计算出地铁周期轨道结构的带隙特性,其中传递矩阵法计算结果显示在0~500 Hz范围内,周期性普通整体道床轨道结构存在一条带隙,为0~194 Hz;有限元法计算结果显示带隙范围为0~193.7 Hz,同时所计算传输曲线也显示其在0~193.7 Hz范围内具有明显衰减。扣件间距、刚度和板下支撑刚度都会对带隙产生影响,带隙宽度随着扣件间距和板下支撑刚度的增加而逐渐减小,而扣件刚度的增加则会使带隙宽度增加,需要选取合适的扣件及间距用以对轨道结构进行有效的减振。To study the band gap characteristics of periodic subway bed track structures,a calculation model by regarding the rail and track bed slab as Euler beams was established.the band gap range were calculated using transfer matrix method and finite element method,and the influence of track structure parameters on the band gap characteristics was analyzed.Results show that both methods can effectively and accurately calculate the band gap characteristics of the subway periodic track structure.The result of the transfer matrix method shows that there is a band gap of 0-194 Hz in the frequency range of 0-500 Hz,while the result of the finite element method shows a band gap range of 0-193.7 Hz.The calculated transmission curve also shows the attenuation in the 0-193.7 Hz range.The spacing and stiffness of fasteners,as well as the stiffness of support under the plate all impact the band gap.The width of the band gap decreases with increasing spacing and stiffness of support under the plate,while increasing stiffness of fasteners increases the width of the band gap.So,appropriate fasteners and spacing should be selected to effectively reduce track structure vibration.
