HPLC法测定解郁安神颗粒中栀子苷、异阿魏酸、阿魏酸、甘草酸和柴胡皂苷b_(2)

摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法同时测定解郁安神颗粒中栀子苷、异阿魏酸、阿魏酸、甘草酸和柴胡皂苷b_(2)。方法使用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相0.2%磷酸水–乙腈,梯度洗脱;检测波长238 nm;体积流量1 mL/min;柱温35℃;进样量10μL。结果栀子苷、异阿魏酸、阿魏酸、甘草酸、柴胡皂苷b_(2)的线性范围良好,平均回收率分别为105.33%、103.07%、101.36%、99.61%、100.00%,RSD值分别为0.69%、2.30%、2.44%、1.28%、1.28%。结论检测结果准确,检测范围较广,适用于解郁安神颗粒的质量评价研究。Objective To adopt an HPLC method to simultaneously determine the contents of geniposide,isoferulic acid,ferulic acid,glycyrrhizic acid,and saikosaponin b_(2)in Jieyu Anshen Granules.Methods Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of 0.2%phosphoric acid water and acetonitrile with gradient elution.Detection wavelength was 238 nm,flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature was 35℃,and injection volume was 10μL.Results Geniposide,isoferulic acid,ferulic acid,glycyrrhizic acid,and saikosaponin b_(2)had good specificity,and their recovery rates were 105.33%,103.07%,101.36%,99.61%,and 100.00%,with RSD values of 0.69%,2.30%,2.44%,1.28%,and 1.28%,respectively.Conclusion The detection results of this experiment are accurate and have a wide detection range,which is suitable for the quality evaluation for Jieyu Anshen Granules.
