浅谈中国帕金森病步态障碍管理专家共识的意义

摘　　要：步态障碍是帕金森病的核心症状之一,贯穿病程,严重影响患者的生活质量,并增加了跌倒、致残和死亡风险。《帕金森病步态障碍管理中国专家共识》首次从定义、分型、多维评估、综合治疗方案及循证医学标准等方面,提出步态障碍的系统性管理策略,强调了早期干预和个体化治疗的重要性,整合了药物、神经调控及康复治疗手段,并通过数字化技术提升评估的客观性和精准性。该共识补充了国内相关领域研究和临床指导的不足,为规范临床实践、提高诊疗水平、推动科研转化具有重要的意义。Gait disorders are a core symptom of Parkinson′s disease(PD),significantly impacting patients′quality of life and increasing the risks of falls,disability,and mortality.The consensus on the management of gait disorders in Parkinson′s disease in China systematically addresses the definition,classification,multidimensional assessment,comprehensive management strategies,and evidence-based medicine standards for gait disorders.Emphasizing early intervention and individualized treatment,the consensus integrates pharmacological,neuromodulation,and rehabilitation approaches,utilizing digital technology to enhance objective assessment.This consensus supplements the shortcomings of research and clinical guidance in the relevant fields in China,and has a great significance in standardizing the clinical practice,improving the diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes,and advancing the research translation.
