摘 要:人工智能(AI)技术的发展,尤其是大语言模型(LLMs)的问世,给语言学界带来不小的震动,有人看到了机遇,有人看到了挑战。毋庸置疑,AI给语言学学科带来的影响是巨大的,如何看待这种影响?大语言模型是大老虎还是老黄牛?语言教师会被AI取代吗?语言学学科未来的发展方向是什么?这是这篇文章想要回答的问题。结论是:AI给语言学学科带来的影响是不可回避的,必须面对;大语言模型是老黄牛,不是大老虎,语言教师不会被人工智能取代,但是没有数字素养的语言教师会被有数字素养的语言教师取代,语言学学科未来的发展方向是与其他学科的交叉和融合。The development of Artificial Intelligence(AI) technology, especially the advent of Large Language Models(LLMs), has caused a significant concern in the field of linguistics. Some see opportunities, while others perceive challenges. Undoubtedly, the impact of AI on the discipline of linguistics is great. How should we view this influence? Is the large language model more like a formidable tiger or a hardworking ox? Will language teachers be replaced by AI? What are the future directions for the development of the linguistics discipline? This article aims to answer these questions. It concludes that the impact of AI on the linguistics discipline is inevitable and must be confronted;it is more like a hardworking ox than a formidable tiger. Language teachers will not be replaced by artificial intelligence, but those without digital literacy may be replaced by those who possess it. The future for the development of the linguistics discipline lies in interdisciplinary integration with other fields.
