低产油气井强制裂缝转向重复压裂技术的应用探究

摘  要:低产油气井强制裂缝转向重复压裂是提高油气井产量的一种有效技术手段。实际应用中,转向剂的选择与设计、转向裂缝的形成机制以及转向效果的评价指标是关键因素。转向剂的选择与设计需考虑其流变性能、黏度、颗粒粒度等因素,以确保能够实现裂缝的转向。现场应用案例分析表明,强制裂缝转向重复压裂技术具有一定的可行性。以ZT3-2井为例,通过实验和分析,该井在应用相关技术后,油气产量显著提高。Forced fracture turning and repeated fracturing in low yield oil and gas wells is an effective technical means to increase oil and gas well production.In practical applications,the selection and design of turning agents,the formation mechanism of turning cracks,and the evaluation indicators of turning effects are key factors.The selection and design of turning agents need to consider their rheological properties,viscosity,and particle size factors to ensure the ability to turn cracks.The on-site application case analysis showed that the forced fracture turning and repeated fracturing technology had certain feasibility.Taking ZT3-2 well as an example,through experiments and analysis,it was found that the application of relevant technologies had significantly increased oil and gas production in this well.
