摘 要:为提升掘进机在煤矿井下恶劣环境中的适应性,提高掘进效率,构建了一种基于捷联惯导系统及多传感器的掘进机远程集中监控系统并进行工程应用研究。该系统通过捷联惯导系统实现掘进机机身姿态、位置及截割部轨迹等监测,通过多传感器实现运行参数监测,同时综合无线及有线通信构建视频监控系统,实现掘进机全范围视频监控。工程应用后,该掘进机远程集中监控系统运行平稳,可实时获取掘进机运行参数、姿态及现场视频图像等,在一定程度上提升了巷道掘进效率及安全保障能力。In order to improve the adaptability of boring machine in the harsh environment of coal mine and improve the efficiency of boring machine,a remote centralized monitoring system of boring machine based on strapdown inertial navigation system and multiple sensors was constructed and studied for engineering application.The system can monitor the attitude,position and track of the cutting part of the boring machine through the strapdown inertial navigation system,and realize the operation parameter monitoring through multiple sensors.At the same time,the video monitoring system was built by combining wireless and wired communication network to realize the full range video monitoring of the boring machine.After engineering application,the remote centralized monitoring system of the boring machine run smoothly,which can obtain the operating parameters,attitude and on-site video images of the boring machine in real time,improving the efficiency and safety guarantee ability of tunneling to a certain extent.
