摘 要:为实现高地应力软岩巷道围岩的有效控制,以南翼运输石门为研究对象,结合现场条件针对性提出围岩变形修复技术方案,并进行了工程应用。南翼运输石门采用以优化巷道断面、底板反拱、围岩注浆、锚网索喷支护为主的修复方案,该方案不仅提升了围岩承载能力,还给给围岩提供了较大的支护作用力,围岩与支护体系相互配合共同抵御高地应力影响。现场应用后,南翼运输石门围岩变形严重问题得以解决,巷道断面变形量较小,其中顶底板、两帮最大移近量分别为121、81mm,取得了较为显著的修复效果。In order to effectively control the surrounding rock of soft rock roadways with high ground stress,a targeted deformation repair technology scheme for surrounding rock was proposed based on the transportation stone gate on the south wing,combined with on-site conditions,and applied in engineering.The southern wing transportation stone gate adopted a repair scheme mainly based on optimizing the roadway section,floor reverse arch,surrounding rock grouting,and anchor net cable spraying support.This scheme not only improved the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock,but also provided a large support force to the surrounding rock.The surrounding rock and support system cooperated with each other to resist the influence of high ground stress.After on-site application,the serious deformation problem of the surrounding rock of the south wing transportation stone gate was solved,and the deformation of the roadway section was relatively small.Among them,the movement of the roof and floor,as well as the two sides were 121 mm and 81 mm,respectively,achieving significant repair effects.
