摘 要:在复杂地质条件下进行地铁隧道工程盾构始发与接收施工时,易存在地层稳定性差、洞门加固困难及环境扰动等风险,其施工复杂性及安全要求显著提高。结合工程实例,针对洞门加固、密封止水装置设计、洞门凿除工艺及盾构操作等方面,分析了盾构始发与接收的关键技术及难点;采用优化洞门加固技术以提升地层稳定性,改进密封止水装置以减少渗漏风险,优化凿除工艺以降低环境扰动,以及通过智能化监测系统精细化控制施工过程等措施,可实现对施工风险的防控;通过建立风险评估体系、完善监测机制与科学应急预案,加强施工质量管理和技术创新,可有效降低盾构始发与接收风险,确保施工安全与质量,从而推动城市地下交通网络的高质量发展。During the shield launching and receiving phases of metro tunnel projects under complex geological conditions,risks such as poor ground stability,difficulties in portal reinforcement,and environmental disturbances are common,significantly increasing the complexity and safety requirements of construction.This study,based on specific engineering examples,analyzes the key technologies and challenges associated with portal reinforcement,sealing and waterproofing device design,portal demolition techniques,and shield machine operation.By adopting optimized portal reinforcement techniques to enhance ground stability,improving sealing and waterproofing devices to mitigate leakage risks,refining demolition processes to reduce environmental disturbances,and implementing smart monitoring systems for precise control of the construction process,it is possible to effectively manage construction risks.Furthermore,through the establishment of a comprehensive risk assessment system,the enhancement of monitoring mechanisms,and the development of scientific emergency response plans,combined with strengthened construction quality management and technical innovation,the risks associated with shield launching and receiving can be significantly reduced.This ensures construction safety and quality,thereby contributing to the high-quality development of urban underground transportation networks.
