摘  要:襄荆铁路XJZQ-4标石门水库特大桥(108 m+108 m)T构0#块采用托架法施工。该桥位于河道内,施工场地受限,地势较低,地质条件差,为应对0#块大体积混凝土施工条件受限的挑战,并减少成本投入,保证施工质量,大跨度T构梁0#块托架采用墩内预埋托架连接件、墩外三角托架结构的形式,并利用反力架千斤顶进行预压,来消除非弹性形变,保证施工安全。通过对连续梁0#块托架施工的技术研究,解决了高速铁路大跨度连续梁0#块施工条件受限的问题,缩短了工期,保证了施工质量,降低了成本,减少了施工费用。The bracket method was adopted for the construction of the 0#block of the(108 m+108 m)T-frame of Shimen Reservoir Extra-large Bridge in Xiangyang-Jingmen Railway XJZQ-4 bid section.The bridge is located in the river channel,with limited construction site,low terrain and poor geological conditions.To meet the challenges of the restricted construction conditions for the large-volume concrete of the 0#block,reduce cost input and ensure construction quality,the bracket for the 0#block of the long-span T-frame beam adopts the form of pre-embedded bracket connecting parts inside the pier and a triangular bracket structure outside the pier,and the reaction frame jack is used for pre-loading to eliminate non-elastic deformation and ensure construction safety.Through the technical research on the construction of the bracket for the 0#block of the continuous beam,the problem of restricted construction conditions for the 0#block of the long-span continuous beam of high-speed railway is solved,the construction period is shortened,the construction quality is ensured,the cost is reduced,and the construction measure cost is decreased.
