摘　　要：保守经济学是否成功改变了美国经济的潜在结构?这场变革带来了怎样的宏观经济影响?为了弄清这些问题,本文提出了一个反映宏观经济表现的社会结构模型,该模型可以识别和确定经济体制环境中关键维度的量化指标,并估计这些维度与诸如盈利能力和投资等关键经济变量之间的关系。本文继而将战后美国经济发展划分为四个关键阶段:繁荣、繁荣期制度结构的瓦解、政治和经济僵局以及商业支配。出于为利润率变动的制度性解释提供计量经济学支持的目的,本文将传统的计量经济学检验应用于有关政治和社会学现象的假设,并将美国战后积累的社会结构描述为影响资本家阶级相对权力的四个制度关系:“资本—劳动协调”“美式和平”“资本—市民协调”和“资本主义间竞争的缓和”。Did conservative economics succeed in transforming the underlying structure of the U.S.economy?What have been the macroeconomic effects of this transformation?In order to make these questions clearly,this paper presents a social structural model of macroeconomic performance,which identifies and develops quantitative indicators of the key dimensions of the institutional environment of the economy and estimates the relationship of these dimensions to the behavior of key economic variables such profitability and investment.Next,this paper distinguishes among four key periods of the postwar U.S.economy:boom,erosion of the institutional structure of that boom,political and economic stalemate,and the business ascendancy.For the purpose of providing econometric support for the institutional explain of the movement of the profit rate,this paper applies conventional econometric tests to hypotheses concerning political and sociological phenomena,and characterizes the postwar social structure of accumulation in the United States as comprising four institutional relationships affecting the relative power of the capitalist class:the capital-labor accord,Pax Americana,the capital-citizen accord and the moderation of inter-capitalist rivalry.
