摘 要:常规型膨胀节在吸收管道热位移时,易引发管道盲板力在膨胀节的某一侧出现同向力叠加现象,对附近管口造成破坏。为解决这一问题,本文综合受力分析原理和基础力学理论建立了理论模型,并利用CAESARⅡ软件建立了数值分析模型,设计出一种新型膨胀节,即直通型内压自平衡膨胀节。该新型膨胀节在吸收管道热位移的同时还能平衡自身的盲板力,并将弯头产生的盲板力重新分配到膨胀节两侧,可有效降低同向力的叠加。本研究对管道的安全性设计具有重要意义。When the conventional expansion joint absorbs the thermal displacement of the pipeline,it is easy to cause the blind plate force of the pipeline to superimpose on one side of the expansion joint,causing damage to the nearby nozzle.In order to solve this problem,this paper establishes a theoretical model based on the principle of force analysis and basic mechanics theory,and uses CAESARⅡsoftware to establish a numerical analysis model to design a new type of expansion joint,that is,straight-through internal pressure self-balancing expansion joint.The new expansion joint can balance its own blind plate force while absorbing the thermal displacement of the pipeline,and redistribute the blind plate force generated by the elbow to both sides of the expansion joint,which can effectively reduce the superposition of the same direction force.This study is of great significance for pipeline safety design.
