健全国有企业发展新质生产力的体制机制

摘　　要：国有企业是公有制经济的主要载体,是中国特色社会主义经济的“顶梁柱”,是中国式现代化的重要主体、重要力量。使命是企业存在的前提和理由。强化国有企业建设中国式现代化使命担当,是新征程国企改革发展的逻辑基点。发展新质生产力,是高质量发展的内在要求和重要内容。高质量发展又是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。因此,加快发展新质生产力无疑是国有企业的重要使命。聚焦发展新质生产力的需要,进一步深化国资国企改革,应该重视在以下三个方面发力。"As the backbone of the economy,state-owned enterprises need to strengthen their mission of Chinese-style modernization and develop new quality productivity.To this end,we should focus on improving the innovation system of state-owned enterprises,establishing a strategic evaluation system,and improving the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics,so as to deepen the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises and accelerate the construction of world-class enterprises,"Huang Qunhui said during the"Summit Forum"of the 10th Annual Meeting on State-Owned Enterprise Management.
