性别视角下的灾害管理研究:一个英文文献的系统性综述

摘　　要：在性别问题再次引起极大关注的当前,对性别视角下的灾害管理研究做系统梳理与分析,显得十分必要。本文运用系统性文献综述法,以自然灾害为对象,就灾害影响的性别差异化、性别视角对灾害管理的价值、灾害管理中的女性角色及其参与路径等关键议题展开分析,进而对美国卡特里娜飓风、中国汶川地震与东日本大地震三次巨灾研究中的女性视角进行比较,分析了该领域研究的国际进展。最后,本文提出了三个重要议程:加强灾害管理中的女性赋权增能研究,深化基于灾害管理全过程的性别研究,以及强化灾害影响性别差异化的作用机制研究。本文通过对该领域碎片化英文文献的系统性梳理与分析,提出可深化和可扩展的性别视角下灾害管理研究的结构化知识图谱,为推动该领域研究,尤其是为我国学者进一步开展相关研究提供了丰富素材并指明了方向。At present,the gender issue has once again attracted great attention,it is very necessary to make a systematic review and analysis of disaster management research from a gender perspective.By using systematic literature review method,this paper takes natural disasters as the object,and analyzes the gender difference of disaster impact,the value of gender perspective on disaster management,and the role and participation path of women in disaster management,and then compares the perspectives of women in the studies of Hurricane Katrina in the United States,the East Japan earthquake and the Wenchuan earthquake in China.The international progress in this field is analyzed.Finally,three important agendas were put forward:strengthening the research on women's empowerment in disaster management,deepening the gender research based on the whole process of disaster management,and strengthening the research on the mechanism of gender differentiation of disaster impact.By systematically combing and analyzing the fragmented English literature in this field,this paper proposes a deepened and extensible structured knowledge graph for disaster management research from a gender perspective,which provides rich materials and points out the direction for promoting research in this field,especially for Chinese scholars to further carry out related research.
