摘　　要：【目的/意义】随着我国“互联网+健康医疗”战略深入推进,用户与健康类移动应用程序交互成为数字化健康管理研究的重要内容。健康类APP的隐私政策关乎APP处理用户信息的安全性和合法性,优化其文本可以更好地保障用户权益,促进健康信息治理的制度化建设。【方法/过程】本文收集了91款健康类APP的隐私政策并进行分类整理,采用文本分析方法,从感知易用性和感知有用性两个角度,通过LDA主题模型对所有健康类APP隐私政策进行主题提取与划分,并将划分结果与相关法规进行对比。【结果/结论】结合用户、运营商和相关机构三个维度构建面向健康信息治理的健康类APP隐私政策治理框架,指出了现有健康类APP隐私政策的问题并给予优化建议。【创新/局限】缺乏更大规模和更具细粒度的比较分析。【Purpose/significance】The interaction between users and health mobile applications(APPs)has become an important topic of the research on digital health management with the in-depth promotion of China's"Internet+Healthcare"strategy.And the privacy policy of health APPs is related to the security and legitimacy of user information use,and optimizing the text of APPs can better safeguard the rights and interests of users and promote the institutionalized construction of health information management.【Method/process】In this study,the privacy policies of 91 health apps were collected and categorized.Through text analysis,the topics of all health APP privacy policies were extracted and classified by LDA topic model from two perspectives of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness,and the classification results were compared with relevant regulations.【Result/conclusion】The analysis of health APP privacy policies from the dual perception perspective in this study constructs a health information governance framework from three dimensions:users,operators and related organizations,and points out the problems of the existing health APP privacy policies and provides suggestions for improving the formulation of health APP privacy policies.【Innovation/limitation】More large-scale and more fine-grained comparative analysis is needed for further research.
