摘 要:文莱的华文教育发展历史悠久,但是发展较为缓慢,规模较小。随着近些年“一带一路”倡议、构建“中文+职业教育”体系的提出,文莱重新掀起华文学习的热潮。本文梳理了文莱华文教育的影响因素与发展现状,尽量客观全面地分析了其中存在的问题及其薄弱之处,并在此基础上提出了相应的改进与解决措施,期望能为文莱华文教育的发展提供助力。研究发现文莱华文教育缺乏政府支持,在本土化师资及教材方面比较匮乏,华文机构类型较少,教育资源仅集中在8所华校中。据此,需要中国相关部门鼓励中资企业资助华校的建设,支援文莱华校深化改革,培养培训本土华文师资,联合编制本土化华文教材,加强两国在教育方面的交流与合作。Brunei’s Chinese education has a long history,but its development is relatively slow and small.With the proposal of the“the Belt and Road”initiative and the establishment of the“Chinese+Vocational Education”system in recent years,Chinese learning has revived in Brunei.This paper combs the influencing factors and development status of Brunei Chinese education,objectively and comprehensively analyzes the existing problems and weaknesses as far as possible,and puts forward corresponding improvement and solution measures on this basis,hoping to provide assistance for the development of Brunei Chinese education.The study found that Brunei’s Chinese education lacks government support,lacks localized teachers and textbooks,and has fewer types of Chinese institutions,which are only concentrated in 8 Chinese schools.Therefore,relevant Chinese departments need to encourage Chinese enterprises to fund the construction of Chinese schools,support Brunei Chinese schools to deepen reform,train local Chinese teachers,jointly develop localized Chinese textbooks,and strengthen exchanges and cooperation in education between the two countries.
