摘　　要：为培养适应新时代需求、服务地方经济发展的应用型技术技能型人才,需要对应用型大学“三创”人才教育模式创新进行研究。该文采用扎根理论研究方法,对27篇应用型高校相关研究文献进行分析,提炼出“三创”人才教育的发展瓶颈,基于此,结合应用型大学的特征及实践案例对“三创”人才三层嵌入式教育模式进行论述,提出应用型大学“三创”人才教育的创新模式。It is necessary to study the innovation of“three innovation”talent education mode in application-oriented universities to cultivate application-oriented technical and technical talents who can meet the needs of the new era and serve the development of local economy.By the method of grounded theory to analyze 27 article applied the relevant research literature,summarize the development of the“three innovation”talent education bottleneck,based on the combination of an applied university features and practical case of the“three innovation”talent,the essay discusses three layer embedded education mode,put forward the applied university and innovation of talent education mode.
