摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提升和健康意识的加强,护理学专业正面临着市场化、创新化、个性化的改变,这不仅给护理学专业学生的职业发展提供了更多的机遇,同时对他们的专业素养也提出了更高的要求。为进一步了解护理学专业学生对创新创业的认识,参与创新创业课程学习、实践活动等情况,该文采用问卷调查和数据整理的方式,分析在开展护理学专业创新创业教育过程中存在的问题,从建设创新创业课程体系、培养师资队伍、完善创新创业实践条件、加强政策及活动宣传4个方面提出解决措施。With the improvement of people’s living standards and the strengthening of health awareness,nursing services are facing changes in marketisation,innovation and personalisation,which not only provides more opportunities for the career development of nursing students,but also puts forward higher requirements for their professionalism.In order to further understand nursing students’understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship,their participation in innovation and entrepreneurship course learning and practice activities,this study adopts questionnaires and data collation to analyse the problems in the process of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education for nursing majors.Solution measures are proposed from four aspects,including the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,the training of teachers,the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship practice conditions,and the enhancement of policies and activities publicity.
