基于“赛教融合”的创新创业型会展人才培养研究——以会展策划课程教学模式改革为例

摘　　要：会展策划课程旨在培养学生成为具备创新创业能力的会展专业人才,然而,现有教学模式存在诸多问题,如课程缺乏跨学科融合、学生参与度低、评估方式单一、缺乏国际视野等。该文以“赛教融合”为理念,将技能竞赛、创新创业能力培养融入会展策划课程教学改革,通过探索“教学—竞赛—双创”一体化教学模式,旨在提高会展策划课程的教学质量,以及培养具备创新创业能力的会展专业人才。The exhibition planning course aims to cultivate students into exhibition professionals with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.However,the existing teaching model has many problems,such as a lack of interdisciplinary integration in the curriculum,low student participation,single evaluation methods,and a lack of international perspective.This study adopts the concept of“integration of competition and education”and integrates“skill competition and innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation”into the teaching reform of the exhibition planning course.By exploring the integrated teaching model of“teaching competition entrepreneurship”,the aim is to improve the teaching quality of the exhibition planning course and cultivate the exhibition professionals with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.
