摘　　要：先天性胃幽门异位,又称胃幽门高位开口畸形,是一种罕见的胃先天性发育异常性疾病。临床主要表现为腹痛、腹胀、反酸、嗳气等非特异性症状,少数患者可出现呕血、黑便等。因其症状缺乏特异性,临床上易误诊或漏诊。上消化道造影和胃镜,是诊断该病的主要方法,目前,药物保守治疗是其主要的治疗方式。本文通过报道我科收治的胃幽门异位并发溃疡出血患者,并进行系统文献回顾,旨在探讨先天性胃幽门异位的临床特点与诊治策略。Congenital gastric ectopic pylorus,also known as gastric ectopic pyloric opening,is a rare congenital gastric abnormality.The most common symptoms are abdominal pain,bloating,regurgitation,and belching,while some patients may present with upper gastrointestinal(GI)bleeding.Given the non-specific symptoms,misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis often occurs.Gastroscopy and upper gastrointestinal radiography are the main methods to confirm the diagnosis.Currently,conservative medication remains to be the mainstay treatment.In this article,we reported a rare case of gastric ectopic pylorus manifested with GI bleeding,and took a systemic literature review,which aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of this rare disease.
