摘 要:根据磁流变阻尼器性能测试结果,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建修正Dahl模型,使用MATLAB软件中的参数辨识及曲线拟合工具箱识别未知参数,确定各未知参数与输入电流的关系;然后根据辨识结果搭建精确的磁流变阻尼器模型,并将试验结果与仿真结果进行对比验证。结果显示,仿真结果与试验结果拟合度较高,说明该辨识方法可建立较为准确的磁流变阻尼器力学模型,为后续进行智能控制设计奠定基础。Based on the performance test results of the magnetorheological damper,a modified Dahl model was constructed in MATLAB/Simulink.The unknown parameters were identified using the parameter identification and curve fitting toolbox in MATLAB software to determine the relationship between each unknown parameter and the input current.Subsequently,an accu⁃rate magnetorheological damper model was built based on the identification results,and the experimental results were compared and verified against the simulation results.The results showed a high degree of fit between the simulation results and the experi⁃mental results,indicating that this identification method can establish a relatively accurate mechanical model of the magnetorheo⁃logical damper,laying the foundation for subsequent intelligent control design.
