Impact of Resonant Leadership on Miners'Proactive Accountability Behavior——A Moderated Chain Mediation Model

摘  要:安全稳定是矿山智能化变革的前提,为提高矿山企业科学管理水平,降低事故发生率,基于社会信息加工理论、自我决定理论和情感事件理论,引入内部人身份认知与和谐安全激情为中介变量,组织韧性为调节变量,构建了一个有调节的链式中介模型。采用问卷调查的方式,对山西省某煤矿400名矿工分两阶段进行数据收集,共收集364份有效问卷。采用实证研究方法验证假设模型。结果表明:共鸣型领导对矿工主动担责行为有促进作用;共鸣型领导通过内部人身份认知、和谐安全激情的独立中介作用以及内部人身份认知与和谐安全激情的链式中介作用正向影响矿工的主动担责行为;组织韧性能够正向调节和谐安全激情与主动担责行为之间的关系,同时正向调节内部人身份认知与和谐安全激情的链式中介作用。Safety and stability is the premise of intelligent mine reform.In order to improve the scientific management level of mine enterprises and reduce the accident rate,based on social information processing theory,self-determination theory and affective event theory,a moderated chain mediation model was constructed with taking charge behavior and harmonious safety passion as mediating variables and organizational resilience as moderating variables.A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from 400 miners in a coal mine in Shanxi Province in two stages,with a total of 364 valid questionnaires collected.And the hypothesis model was verified by empirical research method.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,resonant leadership has a positive effect on miners'proactive accountability behavior.Secondly,resonant leadership positively affected miners'proactive accountability behavior through the independent mediating effect of perceived insider status and harmonious safety passion,as well as the chain mediating effect of perceived insider status and harmonious safety passion.Thirdly,organizational resilience can positively regulate the relationship between harmonious safety passion and proactive accountability behavior,and positively regulate the chain mediation relationship between perceived insider status and harmonious safety passion.
