修昔底德笔下科西拉城邦战略选择的再考察

摘　　要：在古希腊世界里,科西拉城邦一度强盛到足以影响当时的世界局势,但它显然缺乏足够的自我认知与成熟的战略思考。纵观伯罗奔尼撒战争始末,再没有第二个显例像科西拉城邦这样,原来如此强盛,但由于战略决策的失败而迅速衰落,前后不过七年左右,就匆匆退出“大国”阵列。对此,本文较完整地追溯了科西拉城邦前后的兴衰变化,紧扣公元前433年的“结盟”事件与公元前427年的“党争”事件,较详尽地考察了事态演变的过程与历次重要的战略契机,深入分析了科西拉战略决策的对错得失,最后再与战略处境最为相近的阿尔戈斯城邦进行对比,探讨科西拉是否有另一种战略选择的可能。Before the outbreak of the Peloponnesian War,the Corcyraeans hold in hand one of the three strongest Greek fleets,greatly influencing the war and peace of the world.Unfortunately,for their own safety the Corcyraeans do not have enough self-knowledge and a mature strategy.Very soon after their imprudent alliance with the Athenians in 433 BC,and the bloody civil war in 427 BC,they have dramatically fallen into one of the weakest city-states in about 7 years,thus made a sole example of rapidest and most miserable decline in the history of the War.What kinds of errors destroy violently such a big power like the Corcyr?For this question,this article will retrace in detail the key events and their relevant historical context,review closely each critical strategic moment and the actual policies of the Corcyraeans,and at last,with inspirations from the case of the Argives'quite moderate alliance with the Athenians,try to suggest some better policies for the Corcyraeans.
