摘 要:建立社区老年学习共同体是推进学习型城市建设和加强社会治理的重点任务。对C市W区和J区案例团队进行实地调研,按照内部运行满意度、团队表现满意度和外部支持满意度进行划分,结果发现,低教育层次、低健康状况、退休和低收入老年群体对学习共同体的满意度更高;成员对社区老年学习共同体的总体满意度较高,但是在对外部支持、对外宣传以及参与贡献的满意度方面相对较低;老年学习共同体内部运行满意度、团队表现满意度以及外部支持满意度之间均存在较强的相关性。基于此得出启示,要加强对老年学习共同体多元化发展的指引,强化老年学习共同体资源支持和考评,鼓励老年学习共同体积极参与社会服务。Establishing a community-based learning community for the elderly is a key task to promote the construction of a learning city and strengthen social governance.An on-site research was conducted in W and J districts of C City from three dimensions of satisfaction:internal operation,team performance,and external support.It was found that low education level,low health status,retirement,and low-income elderly groups are more satisfaction with the learning community.The overall satisfaction rate of the members with the community elderly learning community is relatively high,but their satisfaction with external support,promotion,and participation contributions is relatively low.There are strong correlations between the satisfaction of internal operation,team performance,and external support in the elderly learning community.Based on the result,it is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the guidelines for the diversified types of older learning communities,strengthen the resource support and assessment of older learning communities,and encourage older learning communities to actively participate in social services.
