摘 要:节水治污是解决黄河流域资源性缺水和水污染的必然选择。论文运用Super-NSBM模型评价了2000—2019年黄河流域影响区的节水治污绩效时空分异特征,并通过冗余度分析为黄河流域各影响地区的节水治污绩效指明了优化方向。研究发现:(1)黄河流域影响区的节水治污绩效存在经济—地理分布的空间关联特征,且治污绩效偏低是主要制约因素;(2)节水治污绩效和治污绩效空间分布格局呈现出先集中后分散的特征,而节水绩效呈现先分散后集中的趋势;(3)山东、河南、陕西、青海、宁夏、河北和天津应侧重节水绩效提升,其余地区应侧重治污绩效提升,以降低水污染治理投资投入冗余路径为主。研究可为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略中的水资源可持续利用提供决策支持。Water conservation and pollution control is an inevitable choice to solve the resource-based water shortage and water pollution in the Yellow River Basin.In this paper,the Super-NSBM model is applied to evaluate the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of water conservation and pollution treatment performance in the affected areas of the Yellow River Basin from 2000 to 2019,and the redundancy analysis is used to indicate the optimization direction for the water conservation and pollution treatment performance in each impact area of the Yellow River Basin.It found that:(1)The spatial correlation characteristics of economicgeographic distribution of water conservation and pollution control performance exist in the affected areas of the Yellow River Basin,and the low pollution control performance is the main constraint.(2)The spatial distribution pattern of water conservation and pollution control performance shows the characteristics of concentration followed by dispersion,while water conservation performance shows the trend of dispersion followed by concentration.(3)Shandong,Henan,Shaanxi,Qinghai,Ningxia,Hebei and Tianjin should focus on water conservation performance improvement,and the rest of the regions should focus on pollution treatment performance improvement,with the redundant path of reducing investment in water pollution treatment.The study can provide decision support for the sustainable use of water resources in the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River basin.
