摘　　要：精神医学教育是医学教育的重要组成部分。我国全面推行住院医师规范化培训后,全科医学科、部分神经内科和内科的住院医师在规范化培训阶段会进入精神科进行轮转培训。历经10年的发展,目前培训模式已日趋成熟,但整体规模仍较小,相应的培训经验也较少。虽然我国已经制定了关于非精神住院医师进行精神科轮转的国家标准,各个住院医师规范化培训基地也在不断探索、完善内涵建设,使得管理和教学更加规范、培训质量不断提高,但在实践中还是存在一些问题。今后还需强化对非精神科住院医师进行精神医学教育的重视程度,采取多种措施提高非精神科住院医师对精神医学专业知识的学习动机和兴趣、提高临床带教老师的教学意识和教学技能、结合运用多种教学方法,并注重医学人文精神的培养,以提升培训效果。Psychiatric education is an important part of medical education.After the comprehensive implementation of standardized resident training in China,non-psychiatric residents from general practice,neurology and internal medicine will enter psychiatric department for rotation training during the standardized training stage.After 10 years of development,the current training mode has been more mature,but the overall size is still small,and the corresponding training experience is relatively short.Although there are national standards for non-psychiatric residents to rotate to psychiatric departments,and each resident standardized training base is also constantly exploring and improving the connotation construction,making management and teaching more standardized and the quality of training continuously improved,there are still some problems in practice.In the future,it is still necessary to emphasis the importance of psychiatric education for non-psychiatric residents,and a variety of measures should be taken to enhance the learning motivation and interest of nonpsychiatric residents in psychiatric professional knowledge,improve the teaching awareness and teaching skills of clinical teachers,combine the use of a variety of teaching methods,and pay attention to the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit to improve the training effect.
