摘  要:目的了解现阶段硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H2S)在肝脏疾病中作用的研究进展。方法检索近年来国内外有关H2S在肝脏疾病中作用研究的相关文献并进行综述。结果当前研究的热点主要集中在探索H2S在不同肝脏疾病中的作用机制,研究显示,H2S可通过抗氧化应激、抗炎、调节自噬、内质网应激、血管生成、细胞死亡等机制在肝脏疾病的发生和发展中起着重要作用。结论可以通过补充外源性H2S、调整肠道微生物群或者抑制H2S合成的关键酶来调节体内H2S浓度,为治疗肝脏疾病提供新的策略。但目前相关机制尚存争议,未来的研究需要深入探讨H2S在不同肝脏疾病中的具体作用,以及如何精确控制它在体内的水平并实现靶向给药。Objective To understand the current research progress on the role of hydrogen sulfide(H2S)in liver diseases.Method The relevant literature on the role of H2S in the liver diseases published in recent years was retrieved and reviewed.Results Current research focused primarily on exploring the mechanisms of H2S in various liver diseases.Studies had shown that H₂S played an important role in the occurrence and development of liver diseases through mechanisms such as antioxidative stress,anti-inflammatory effects,regulation of autophagy,endoplasmic reticulum stress,angiogenesis,and cell death.Conclusions By supplementing exogenous H2S,adjusting the gut microbiota,or inhibiting key enzymes involved in H₂S synthesis,the concentration of H2S in the body can be modulated,providing new strategies for treating liver diseases.However,the related mechanisms are still controversial.Future research should further investigate the specific role of H2S in different liver diseases and how to precisely control its level in the body to achieve targeted drug delivery.
