摘  要:目的了解现阶段硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H_(2)S)在肝脏疾病中作用的研究进展。方法检索近年来国内外有关H_(2)S在肝脏疾病中作用研究的相关文献并进行综述。结果当前研究的热点主要集中在探索H_(2)S在不同肝脏疾病中的作用机制,研究显示,H_(2)S可通过抗氧化应激、抗炎、调节自噬、内质网应激、血管生成、细胞死亡等机制在肝脏疾病的发生和发展中起着重要作用。结论可以通过补充外源性H_(2)S、调整肠道微生物群或者抑制H_(2)S合成的关键酶来调节体内H_(2)S浓度,为治疗肝脏疾病提供新的策略。但目前相关机制尚存争议,未来的研究需要深入探讨H_(2)S在不同肝脏疾病中的具体作用,以及如何精确控制它在体内的水平并实现靶向给药。Objective To understand the current research progress on the role of hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)in liver diseases.Method The relevant literature on the role of H_(2)S in the liver diseases published in recent years was retrieved and reviewed.Results Current research focused primarily on exploring the mechanisms of H_(2)S in various liver diseases.Studies had shown that H_(2)S played an important role in the occurrence and development of liver diseases through mechanisms such as antioxidative stress,anti-inflammatory effects,regulation of autophagy,endoplasmic reticulum stress,angiogenesis,and cell death.Conclusions By supplementing exogenous H_(2)S,adjusting the gut microbiota,or inhibiting key enzymes involved in H_(2)S synthesis,the concentration of H_(2)S in the body can be modulated,providing new strategies for treating liver diseases.However,the related mechanisms are still controversial.Future research should further investigate the specific role of H_(2)S in different liver diseases and how to precisely control its level in the body to achieve targeted drug delivery.
