摘　　要：加速社会重塑了现代教育时间结构,教育样态在新的时间结构中发生改变。基于社会加速批判理论研究发现,现代教育时间在形式上表征的加速逻辑,实质上却未能改变时间的增量,反而造成了时间浪费与主体性压缩的内卷困境。具体表现为:时间边界重叠制造的教育信息蔓延、时间效度缩短导致的教育经验萎缩及时间资源匮乏引发的教育节奏加快。究其原因,现代教育时间运行深受三重动力共同驱动:教育“技术-行动-主体”合成的加速循环、社会“经济-结构-文化”的增长逻辑及教育与社会的现代化进程分别为内卷困境的生成提供内部动力、外部推力与核心动力。由此,现代教育时间的内卷困境形成具有刚性、复杂性及长期性特征,纾解路径可通过回归“非加速”的时间结构,促使时间模式从线性时间偏向循环时间;赋能“强主体性”的教育行动,引导实践模式从增长逻辑走向发展逻辑;超越资本主义式的竞争文化,实现时间旨趣从物的崇拜转向以人为本。Accelerated society has reshaped the structure of modern educational time,and the educational paradigm has changed in the new time structure.Based on the critical theory of social acceleration,this study finds that the logic of acceleration in the formal representation of modern educational time has failed to change the increment of time,but has caused the involutional dilemma of time wastage and subjectivity compression,which is manifested in the following ways:the proliferation of educational information due to the overlapping of temporal boundaries,the contraction of educational experience due to the shortening of temporal validity,and the acceleration of the pace of education triggered by the scarcity of temporal resources.The reason for this is that the operation of modern education time is driven by a triple power:the accelerated cycle of the synthesis of education“technology-action-subject”,the logic of growth of society“economy-structure-culture”,and the modernization of education and society provide internal power,external power,and core push for the generation of educational involution respectively.In this way,the dilemma of involution is a rigid,complex and long-term one,the way to alleviate the problem can be achieved by returning to a“non-accelerated”temporal structure,thereby shifting the time pattern from linear time towards cyclical time;empowering“strong subjectivity”educational actions,guiding the practice pattern from the logic of growth towards the logic of development;transcending the competitive culture of capitalism,and realizing the shift of the purpose of time from the worship of things to a people-oriented approach.
