摘　　要：随着数字经济蓬勃发展,数字技术在企业转型与全球价值链升级中发挥着关键作用。本文基于中国上市公司、海关进出口及投入产出数据,系统检验了数字技术应用对企业全球价值链地位的影响。实证结果表明,数字技术显著提升了企业全球价值链地位,且对小规模、非高科技、中东部及民营企业的促进作用尤为明显。进一步的机制分析显示,数字技术通过增强国内供应链韧性、降低市场摩擦及提升海外价值捕获能力,实现了企业全球价值链的优化升级。该研究不仅为数字技术助推企业升级提供了坚实的实证依据,也为推动高水平对外开放、深化改革及中小企业创新发展提供了政策启示,对优化经济结构和构建具有竞争力的全球经济格局具有重要意义。With the rapid development of digital economy,digital technology plays a pivotal role in enterprise transformation and global value chain (GVC) upgrading.Leveraging data from Chinese listed companies,customs import-export records,and input-output tables,this study systematically examines the impact of digital technology application on the GVC positioning of enterprises.Empirical results demonstrate that digital technology significantly enhances enterprises' GVC status,with particularly pronounced effects on small-scale,non-high-tech,mid-western,and private enterprises.Further mechanism analysis reveals that digital technology drives value chain optimization through three pathways:strengthening domestic supply chain resilience,reducing market friction and enhancing overseas value capture capabilities.This research not only provides robust empirical evidence for digital technology-driven enterprise upgrading but also offers policy insights for advancing high-level openness,deepening reforms,and fostering innovative development in small and medium-sized enterprises.The findings hold significant implications for optimizing economic structures and constructing a competitive global economic landscape.
