摘 要:凭借人工智能、大数据、区块链等前沿技术的强劲驱动,数字技术已成为赋能中国绿色高质量发展的核心引擎和实现“双碳”目标的关键路径。基于2011—2022年中国277个地级及以上城市的面板数据,系统考察了数字技术对绿色全要素生产率的影响效应及其作用机制。研究发现:第一,数字技术显著促进了城市绿色全要素生产率的提升,且这一促进作用在地理区位优越、公众环境关注度高以及资源型城市中表现更为突出;第二,通过历史数据工具变量法和“宽带中国”试点政策的准自然实验等稳健性检验,研究结论保持稳健;第三,要素重构是数字技术释放绿色全要素生产率红利的重要传导路径;第四,数字技术的正向影响呈现非线性递增的“边际效应”特征,并具有显著的空间溢出效应。研究不仅深化了对绿色全要素生产率驱动因素的理论认知,而且从效应、机制、区域异质性三个维度拓展了数字技术赋能绿色全要素生产率的研究框架,为推进数字经济与绿色发展的深度融合提供了新的理论依据和实证支撑。Driven by cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and blockchain,digital technology has become the core engine empowering China's green and high-quality development and a key path to achieving the "dual carbon" strategic goals.Based on panel data from 277 cities at the prefecture-level and above in China from 2011 to 2022,this study systematically examines the impact of digital technology on green total factor productivity and its underlying mechanisms.The findings are as follows:First,digital technology significantly promotes the improvement of urban green total factor productivity,and this promoting effect is more pronounced in cities with superior geographical locations,high public environmental awareness,and resource-based cities.Second,the robustness of the research conclusions is maintained through robustness tests such as the historical data instrumental variable method and the quasi-natural experiment of the "Broadband China" pilot policy.Third,factor reconfiguration is an important transmission path for digital technology to release the dividends of green total factor productivity.Fourth,the positive impact of digital technology shows a nonlinear increasing "marginal effect" characteristic and has significant spatial spillover effects.This study not only deepens the theoretical understanding of the driving factors of green total factor productivity but also expands the research framework of digital technology empowering green total factor productivity from three dimensions,i.e.,effect,mechanism,and regional heterogeneity,providing new theoretical basis and empirical support for promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and green development.
