摘 要:目的 探讨在麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训中融入思政元素的应用效果。方法 选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院麻醉学专业住院医师作为观察对象,分为融入课程思政后和融入课程思政前进行对比分析,同时选取哈尔滨医科大学10名督导教师对融入思政教学后的教师团队教学水平进行反馈评价。结果 课程思政融入后住院医师对课程满意度、职业荣誉感评分均高于课程思政融入前(t分别=2.43、2.94,P均<0.05),同时其非技术层面技能评分,包括任务管理、决策能力,医患沟通、职业素养/人文关怀评分也均高于课程思政融入前,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=2.20、2.23、3.16、3.42,P均<0.05)。2021~2023年,麻醉学教研室教学团队在课程思政设计、开发、实施及评价反馈能力上逐年提升(F分别=3.36、7.06、10.07、8.10,P均<0.05)。结论 在课程思政视阈下进行麻醉专业住院医师培养,其效果优于传统教学。Objective To explore the application effect of course-based ideological and political education in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents.Methods Anesthesiology residents from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the observation subjects and divided into the group with course-based ideological and political education and the group without course-based ideological and political education.Meanwhile,10 teaching supervisors from Harbin Medical University were selected to evaluate and provide feedback on the teaching ability of course-based ideological and political education of the teaching team.Results The scores of residents' satisfaction with the course and their professional honor in the group with course-based ideological and political education were higher than those in the group without course-based ideological and political education(t=2.43,2.94,P<0.05).The non-technical skills,including task management,decision-making ability,doctor-patient communication,and professional quality/humanistic care were also higher than those in the group without course-based ideological and political education,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.20,2.23,3.16,3.42,P<0.05).From 2021 to 2023,The ability of design,development,implementation and feedback of course-based ideological and political education has gradually improved of the teaching team of the anesthesiology department(F=3.36,7.06,10.07,8.10,P<0.05).Conclusion Cultivation under the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics in standardized training of residents in anesthesiology is better than that of traditional teaching.
