摘 要:为了全面评估履带车辆在多种工况及路面条件下的性能表现,以便进行优化设计,对履带车辆直线行驶和转向过程中的关键参数进行了理论分析和数学模拟,得出特定条件下的关键转向参数公式;利用RecurDyn软件,对车辆在3种典型路面条件和运行状态下的直线行驶和转向进行了动态仿真。结果表明,转向半径随含水率的增大而增大,随着车辆载荷的增大呈现递减的趋势;而转向角速度则随含水率的增大而减小;在恒定载荷条件下,随着含水率的增加,履带车辆转向时的牵引力和制动性能下降,转向稳定性降低。In order to comprehensively evaluate the performance of crawler vehicles under various working conditions and road surface conditions for optimal design,theoretical analyses and mathematical simulations of the key parameters in the process of straight-line travelling and steering of crawler vehicles have been carried out to derive the formulas of the key steering parameters under specific conditions.The dynamic simulation of straight-line travelling and steering of the vehicle under three typical road surface conditions and operating states has been carried out by using RecurDyn software.The dynamic simulation of straight line travelling and steering of the vehicle under three typical road conditions and operating conditions was carried out using RecurDyn software.The results show that the steering radius increases with the increase of water content and decreases with the increase of vehicle load.The steering angular velocity decreases with the increase of water content;and the traction and braking performance of crawler vehicle steering decreases and the steering stability decreases with the increase of water content under the condition of constant load.
