摘　　要：构建无人机配送服务安全管理系统,并不断优化其安全性,旨在克服无人机配送服务无法大规模应用的瓶颈。通过建设飞行控制子系统、配送监管平台以及企业配送保障子系统,并基于实景三维大数据平台、空域管控GIS系统的设计及数字孪生避险监控技术,全面优化无人机配送服务安全管理体系,大大提高了无人机配送飞行过程的安全性。同时,通过设计无人机配送监管平台、终端智能快递柜以及完善的信息安全保障机制,进一步优化了无人机配送服务全流程的安全性。In order to overcome the bottleneck of large-scale application of drone distribution service,a safety management system for drones distribution service is constructed and its security is continuously optimized.Through the construction of flight control subsystem,distribution supervision platform and enterprise distribution support subsystem,and based on the real-life 3D big data platform,the design of airspace management GIS system and digital twin hedging monitoring technology,the safety management system of drone distribution service is comprehensively optimized,which greatly improves the safety of drone distribution flight process.At the same time,through the design of drone distribution supervision platform,terminal intelligent express cabinet and perfect information security guarantee mechanism,the security of the whole process of drone distribution service is further optimized.
