摘  要:[目的]探究植物多样性评价与保护,旨在精确界定重庆市植物多样性保护范围,为制定与实施植物多样性的就地与迁地保护策略提供有力的数据支撑与精准的定位服务。[方法]借助MaxEnt模型、SDMtoolbox工具以及ArcGIS平台,将重庆市2 504个植物物种与生物气候、地形及土壤等多维度数据相结合,通过迭代计算,精确描绘这些植物物种的潜在适宜生境,评估并绘制重庆市植物多样性地图。[结果]重庆市的高植物多样性生境面积为31 550 km^(2),占比37%,在空间上呈现渝东北和两江四山一主一次两个植物多样性中心。国土空间规划背景下的植物多样性保护特征为渝东北三峡库区定位高度契合高植物多样性生境的空间分布,生态保护用地显著集中于渝东北植物多样性主中心,且对植物多样性保护的有效性不足。[结论]扩大生态保护用地有效范围,构建区域性的生态保护用地网络,并实施融合保护和发展理念的社区生态保护用地策略,不断优化生态保护用地空间格局,促进重庆市植物多样性保护。[Objective]This study aims at exploring the evaluation and conservation of plant diversity,accurately defines the scope of plant diversity protection in Chongqing,and provides robust data supports and accurate positioning services for the formulation and implementation of in situ and ex situ plant diversity conservation strategies.[Method]MaxEnt,SDMtoolbox and ArcGIS are applied to combine 2504 plant species in Chongqing with multi-dimensional data such as bioclimate,topography and soil,and accurately map the potential suitable habitat of each plant species through iterative calculation for the assessment and the mapping of plant diversity in Chongqing.[Result]The habitats of a high plant diversity in Chongqing are 31550 km^(2) in area,accounting for 37%,which are spatially divided into two plant diversity centers,i.e.,one is in northeastern part of Chongqing and the other is in the area of two rivers and four mountains.The plant diversity protection under the background of National Spatial Planning is characterized by the facts that the positioning of Three Gorges Reservoir area in northeast Chongqing is highly compatible with the spatial distribution of habitats with high plant diversity,the ecological protection land is significantly concentrated in the main center of plant diversity in northeast Chongqing,and the ecological protection land has insufficient effectiveness in plant diversity protection.[Conclusion]It is proposed to expand the effective range of ecological protection land,construct regional ecological protection land networks,and implement the community ecological protection land strategies integrating the concepts of protection and development,so as to continuously optimize the spatial pattern of ecological protection land and promote the protection of plant diversity in Chongqing.
