摘 要:肝癌作为全球范围内的公共卫生挑战,其高发病率和高病死率对人类健康构成重大威胁。早发性肝癌,即在较年轻时发病的肝癌,虽然在总体肝癌中占比不高,但其对患者及其家庭的影响不容忽视。早发性肝癌的发病机制、相关危险因素、预后可能与迟发性肝癌不同,这些问题值得进一步探讨。未来的研究应深入探讨肝癌的分子机制,特别是基因整合的具体机制及其在早发性肝癌中的作用,开发更有效的早期筛查和诊断方法,提高早发性肝癌的诊断率,以期为其临床诊断和个体化治疗提供科学依据。Liver cancer poses a significant public health challenge globally,with its high incidence and high mortality rates posing a major threat to human health.Early-onset liver cancer,which occurs at a younger age,although not a major proportion of all liver cancer,has a significant impact on the patients and their families.The pathogenesis,related risk factors,and prognosis of early-onset liver cancer may differ from those of late-onset liver cancer,and these issues are worthy of further exploration.Future research should delve deeper into the molecular mechanisms of liver cancer,particularly the specific mechanisms of gene integration and its role in early-onset liver cancer,developing more effective early screening and diagnostic methods to improve the detection rate of early-onset liver cancer,in order to provide a scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and individualized treatment.
