摘  要:B淋巴细胞诱导的成熟蛋白-1(Blimp-1)是一种由PRDM1基因编码的转录调节因子,可通过其锌指N端富含脯氨酸的区域将染色质修饰因子募集到靶位点,抑制染色质修饰并调控靶基因转录,进而调控细胞增殖、分化及细胞周期进程,促进免疫细胞稳态的维持。Blimp-1与淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、急性髓系白血病等血液系统恶性肿瘤均密切相关,深入研究其在血液系统恶性肿瘤中的作用机制,可以为临床血液系统恶性肿瘤的诊治提供新的理论依据和治疗靶点。B lymphocyte-induced maturation protein-1(Blimp-1),encoded by the PRDM1 gene,functions as a transcriptional regulator that recruits chromatin-modifying factors to its target loci via its N-terminal zinc finger and proline-rich domain.This recruitment facilitates repressive chromatin modifications,thereby modulating the transcription of target genes.Consequently,Blimp-1 plays a critical role in regulating cellular proliferation,differentiation,and cell cycle progression,contributing to the maintenance of immune cell homeostasis.There is a significant association between Blimp-1 and hematological malignancies,including lymphoma,multiple myeloma,and acute myeloid leukemia.In-depth studies of the regulatory mechanisms of Blimp-1 in hematologic malignancies,can provide new theoretical references and potential therapeutic targets for the clinical management of hematologic malignancies.
