摘　　要：小儿脑瘫是非进行性脑损伤或发育缺陷所致的综合征,是导致儿童瘫痪的主要原因之一。针灸治疗在小儿脑瘫中的运用较为广泛,其中头针治疗小儿脑瘫效果较好。然而,目前关于小儿脑瘫发病机制的研究较少,多为临床疗效研究观察,且缺乏头针联合治疗数据。头针联合治疗较单纯头针或康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫的效果更显著,可有效改善患儿脑部血供及缺氧情况,从而提高脑瘫患儿的智力水平,改善运动功能,提高其生活质量。随着对传统医学的不断挖掘,发现五窍针刺疗法也为治疗小儿脑瘫提供了新思路,今后可从五窍针刺入手,深入探究五窍与小儿脑瘫的联系。Pediatric cerebral palsy is a syndrome caused by non-progressive brain injury or developmental defects,and is one of the leading causes of paralysis in children.Acupuncture treatment is widely used in pediatric cerebral palsy,among which head acupuncture is more effective in treating pediatric cerebral palsy.However,there are fewer studies on the pathogenesis of pediatric cerebral palsy,and most are clinical efficacy studies and observations,with a lack of data on head acupuncture combination therapy.Combined therapy with head acupuncture is more effective than simple head acupuncture or rehabilitation training in treating pediatric cerebral palsy,and it can effectively improve the blood supply and hypoxia of the brain,thus improving the intelligence and motor function of the children,thereby improving their quality of life.With the continuous excavation of traditional medicine,it is discovered that the five orifices acupuncture therapy also provides new ideas for the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy,which can be a start point to further explore the connection between the five orifices and pediatric cerebral palsy in the future.
