摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性非特异性的肠道炎症性疾病,也是消化内科疑难病,发病率逐年上升。该病具有病程长、易反复发作的特点,患者结直肠癌发生概率高于一般人群,部分患者会出现消化道大出血、穿孔、严重感染等并发症,给患者及其家庭带来极大的负担。西医治疗该病具有较大的药物不良反应且费用高昂,且随着用药时间延长,药品失效率逐年上升,总体治疗效果常常不能令人满意。中医药在该病的治疗中发挥了重要作用,可起到缓解症状、增强体质、改善预后的作用,且不良反应小、价格相对低廉。吴耀南教授为第六批、第七批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,在脾胃病治疗方面经验丰富,尤其擅长治疗炎症性肠病。吴师基于长期的临床实践分析溃疡性结肠炎的中医发病机理,并由此总结出独特诊疗思路和用药特点,从“病证结合,分期论治”“行气活血,贯穿始终”“健脾清热,寒热平调”“内外结合,多管齐下”4个方面治疗溃疡性结肠炎的。本研究列举临床验案2则,以期丰富该病的临床诊疗思路。Ulcerative colitis is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease and a difficult disease in gastroenterology,with an increasing incidence year by year.The disease has the characteristics of long course and easy recurrence.The incidence of colorectal cancer of ulcerative colitis patients is higher than that of the general population,and some patients may have complications such as massive gastrointestinal bleeding,perforation,and severe infections,which bring a great burden to the work,life,and family of patients.Western medicine has significant adverse reactions and high cost in the treatment of this disease.In addition,with the extension of medication time,the failure rate of medicines increases year by year.The therapeutic effect is often not satisfactory.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore effective treatment methods for alleviating the patients’pain and improving clinical efficacy.Practice has proven that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important role in the treatment of the disease,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,enhance the physique of patients,and ameliorate the prognosis of patients,with fewer adverse reactions and lower costs.Professor WU Yaonan is one of the sixth and seventh batch of famous veteran TCM experts’academic experience inheritance tutors in China,and is experienced in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,particularly in the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases.Based on long-term clinical practice,Mr.WU analyzed the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis in TCM,and summarized a unique diagnostic and treatment approach and medication characteristics of this disease.In this article,Professor WU Yaonan’s ideas and medication characteristics in the treatment of ulcerative colitis are introduced from the following four aspects,including combining disease and syndrome,treating the disease by stages,promoting Qi(气)and blood circulation throughout the treatment process,strengthening spleen and clearing heat,and balancing cold and heat,and combi
