近20年中药复方专利中治疗抑郁的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘技术,对近20年来中药专利复方治疗抑郁的用药规律及配伍组方规律分析,为现代临床中治疗抑郁的提供参考。方法检索“中国专利公布公告网”从2003年1月1日-2023年12月31日公开的治疗抑郁的中药复方专利数据,运用Excel(WPS Office 12.1.0)建立中药数据库,运用古今医案云平台(V2.3.7)中数据挖掘分析模式,对收录并筛选后的中药复方进行药物频次、性味归经、功效等用药规律分析。结果共纳入421首中药复方,涉及369味中药,其中使用总频次达4521次。中药使用频次居前的有柴胡、白芍、郁金、酸枣仁、茯苓等。在药物性味归经上,药物以温性为主,药味以甘味为主,归经以肝、心、脾经为主。中药功效以疏肝解郁、清热解毒、调经止痛等功效使用频次较高。在药物关联分析中,核心药对有“柴胡-白芍”“茯苓-柴胡”等。药物聚类分析可将使用频次>60次的17味高频中药聚类成4类。复杂网络分析筛选出治疗抑郁的核心组方由“逍遥散”加减组成。结论中药治疗抑郁多从“气机郁滞,脏腑失调”核心病机着手,以“疏肝解郁”为核心治法,注重肝、心、脾三脏调治,常用疏肝理气、养血安神之品,筛选出由“逍遥散”加减组成的核心处方。Objective To analyze the medication rules and compatibility rules of traditional Chinese medicine patent compound in the treatment of depression in the past 20 years based on the data mining,so as to provide reference for modern clinical treatment of depression.Methods The patent data of traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of depression published by“China Patent Announcement Network”from January 1,2003 to December 31,2023 were retrieved,and the database of traditional Chinese medicine was established by Excel(WPS Office 12.1.0).Based on the data mining function in the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.3.7),the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine,taste and meridian tropism,efficacy and other medication rules of the included traditional Chinese medicine compound were analyzed.Results A total of 421 Chinese herbal compound prescriptions were included,involving 369 Chinese herbal medicines,and the total frequency of use was 4521 times.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine were Chaihu,Baishao,Yujin,Suanzaoren,Fuling,etc.In terms of drug taste and meridian tropism,the drug was mainly warm,the drug taste was mainly sweet,and the meridian tropism was mainly liver,heart and spleen.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine was high in the frequency of use of soothing the liver and relieving depression,clearing heat and detoxifying,regulating menstruation and relieving pain.In the drug association analysis,the core drug pairs were“Chaihu-Baishao”“Fuling-Chaihu”and so on.Drug cluster analysis could cluster 17 high-frequency Chinese medicines with frequency>60 times into 4 categories.Complex network analysis screened out the core prescription for the treatment of depression,which was composed of“Xiaoyao powder”.Conclusion The treatment of depression with traditional Chinese medicine mostly starts from the core pathogenesis of“qi stagnation and viscera disorder”,takes“soothing liver and relieving depression”as the core treatment method,
