摘 要:肥胖症已经是日益严重的公共健康问题,严重危害人类的健康。辣椒素是中药辣椒中的重要活性物质,具有镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化、促进食欲、改善消化等作用,是一种较新的降脂、降糖物质。本文从肥胖症的成因影响因素(遗传因素、内分泌因素、代谢因素、免疫因素、肠道微生物因素)、形成机制(调控饮食中枢、改善脂质代谢、调节肠道菌群、改善胰岛素抵抗)等方面阐释辣椒素的减肥作用机制,为中医药减肥提供一种新的思路和策略。Obesity has become an increasingly serious public health problem,seriously endangering human health.Capsaicin,a key active component in capsicum,a traditional Chinese medicinal herb,exhibits various beneficial effects including pain relief,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,appetite stimulation,and digestive improvement.It is also recognized as a new lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic substance.In this paper,the weight loss mechanism of capsaicin was explained from the aspects of genetic factors(genetic factors,endocrine factors,metabolic factors,immune factors,intestinal microbial factors)and formation mechanism(regulation of diet center,improvement of lipid metabolism,regulation of intestinal flora,improvement of insulin resistance),etc.,providing a new idea and strategy for weight loss in traditional Chinese medicine.
