甘油三酯葡萄糖指数、预后营养指数与急性缺血性卒中的关系研究

摘　　要：急性缺血性卒中(AIS)发病率及患病率不断上升,已成为全球性的公共卫生问题,因此进一步探索脑卒中病情进展的相关因素具有重要意义。甘油三酯葡萄糖(TyG)指数作为一种新型胰岛素抵抗替代指标,预后营养指数(PNI)作为营养免疫学指标,被证实与急性缺血性卒中相关,可预测其发生、发展和预后。故可推测TyG指数与FNI联合检测,可增加AIS患者预后的预测效能。此外,TyG指数、FNI可获取性高、操作简便易行、价格低廉,易于临床运用。现将TyG指数、FNI与急性缺血性卒中发生、发展及预后的关系进行阐述,为AIS的临床研究提供新的预测指标。The incidence and prevalence of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)are increasing,which has become a global public health problem.Therefore,it is of great significance to further explore the related factors of stroke progression.Triglyceride glucose(TyG)index,as a new alternative index of insulin resistance,and prognostic nutritional index(PNI),as a nutritional immunological index,have been confirmed to be associated with acute ischemic stroke,which can predict its occurrence,development and prognosis.Therefore,it can be speculated that the combined detection of TyG index and FNI can increase the predictive efficacy of the prognosis of AIS patients.In addition,TyG index and FNI have high availability,simple operation,low price and easy clinical application.This article reviews the relationship between TyG index,FNI and the occurrence,development and prognosis of acute ischemic stroke,and provides new predictors for clinical research of AIS.
