摘　　要：目的探究富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)联合Bio⁃Oss骨粉在牙周炎伴牙周骨缺损患者牙周植骨术中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月收治的120例(133牙)牙周炎伴牙周骨缺损患者为研究对象,患者均接受牙周植骨术治疗,依照术中所选材料的不同分为对照组60例(65牙)和PRF组60例(68牙)。对照组术中使用Bio⁃Oss骨粉,PRF组术中使用PRF联合Bio⁃Oss骨粉。比较2组治疗效果、咀嚼效率,观察术前、术后6个月2组牙槽骨宽度、牙槽骨高度、牙龈指数、牙齿松动度、牙周探诊深度、附着丧失以及牙美观程度[红色美学指数(PES)和白色美学指数(WES)],并统计2组并发症发生情况。结果PRF组治疗效果及咀嚼效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,2组牙槽骨宽度、牙槽骨高度、PES和WES较术前均有升高,且PRF组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,2组牙龈指数、牙齿松动度、牙周探诊深度、附着丧失较术前均有降低,且PRF组低于对照组(P<0.05)。PRF组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PRF联合Bio⁃Oss骨粉在牙周炎伴牙周骨缺损患者牙周植骨术中的治疗效果显著,能加快术后牙周骨再生和新附着形成,同时提高患牙稳定性和美观效果,降低并发症总发生率。Objective To investigate the application effect of platelet⁃rich fibrin(PRF)combined with Bio⁃Oss bone powder in periodontal bone grafting in patients with periodontitis and periodontal bone defects.Methods A total of 120 pa⁃tients(133 teeth)with periodontitis and periodontal bone defects admitted from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients received periodontal bone grafting,and were divided into control group(60 patients,65 teeth)and PRF group(60 patients,68 teeth)according to the different materials selected during the operation.The control group used Bio⁃Oss bone powder during operation,and the PRF group used PRF combined with Bio⁃Oss bone powder during opera⁃tion.The therapeutic effect and masticatory efficiency were compared between the two groups.The alveolar bone width,alveo⁃lar bone height,gingival index,tooth mobility,periodontal probing depth,attachment loss,and tooth aesthetics[pink esthet⁃ic score(PES)and white esthetic score(WES)]were observed before and at 6 months after operation,and the complications of the two groups were calculated.Results The therapeutic effect and masticatory efficiency of the PRF group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,alveolar bone width,alveolar bone height,PES and WES were increased in the two groups,which were higher in the PRF group than in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,gingival index,tooth looseness,periodontal probing depth and attachment loss in the two groups were lower than those before surgery,which were lower in the PRF group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total complica⁃tion rate of the PRF group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PRF combined with Bio⁃Oss is effective in periodontal bone grafting in patients with periodontitis and periodontal bone defects.It can accelerate periodontal bone regeneration and new attachment formation after surgery,improve the stability and aesthetic effect of the affected teeth,
