摘  要:在集成电路这一高度全球化的产业中,中国的上市企业作为后发者面临着巨大的创新挑战,如何有效地从外部获取和整合知识将成为这些企业成功转型的关键。该研究聚焦于外部知识获取模式对中国集成电路产业后发企业创新能力的实质性影响研究,强调了知识基础的多样性和企业的研发努力对于中国集成电路整个产业创新发展的重要意义。通过基于2005年1月至2019年12月期间146家中国集成电路产业上市企业的专利合作和转让数据、销售和供应链信息、人才引进数据等面板数据的回归分析,结果发现,以研发合作为代表的技术驱动型知识获取抑制了中国集成电路上市企业的企业创新能力的提升;以市场销售为代表的市场导向型知识获取显著提高了中国集成电路上市企业的企业创新能力;而与预期相反,以人才引进为代表的人才嵌入型知识获取对中国集成电路上市企业的企业创新能力呈现出负向关系。此外,企业研发努力与知识基础多元度对外于上述关系均发挥了显著的调节作用。最后对研究结论、新冠疫情下后发企业知识获取与创新关系的变革以及局限性和未来展望进行了探讨。In the highly globalized semiconductor industry,China's listed enterprises,as latecomers,face significant innovation challenges.How to effectively acquire and integrate external knowledge will be key to their successful transformation.This research focuses on the substantial impact of external knowledge acquisition modes on the innovation capabilities of China's semiconductor latecomer enterprises.It highlights the importance of the diversity of the knowledge base and the R&D efforts of enterprises for the entire industry's innovation and development in China's semiconductor sector.Through regression analysis of panel data on patent collaborations and transfers,sales and supply chain information,and talent introduction data from 146 China's semiconductor listed companies between January 2005 and December 2019,this article finds that the technology-driven knowledge acquisition represented by R&D collaboration inhibits the enhancement of innovation capability in China's integrated circuit listed companies;the market-oriented knowledge acquisition represented by market sales significantly promotes the enhancement of corporate innovation capability in China's integrated circuit listed companies.The talent-embedded knowledge acquisition represented by talent recruitment shows a positive relationship with the innovation capability of China's integrated circuit listed companies.Moreover,the R&D efforts and the diversity of the knowledge base significantly moderate the above relationships.Next,this article discusses the research conclusions,the transformation of the relationship between knowledge acquisition and innovation of latecomer enterprises under the COVID-19 pandemic,as well as limitations and future prospects.The article arrives at the following research conclusions and insights:First,the dual drive of R&D collaboration and market sales.Second,long-term strategic considerations for talent acquisition.In addition,the key role of the knowledge base and R&D efforts in moderating the innovation relationship.The arti
