摘 要:重视组织、追求效率的中国共产党,在长期的革命实践与社会主义建设中,形成了一套成熟且行之有效的贯彻机制,既包含如组织、会议、人员培训等方针政策的贯彻执行机制,也包含如宣传与思想政治教育为主的民众对新制度与理念接受内化机制。这也是1956年社会主义工资制度构建中,各项方针政策得以切实贯彻,工资理念深入人心的根源。The Communist Party of China,which attaches importance to organization and pursues efficiency,has formed a mature and effective implementation mechanism in the long-term revolutionary practice and socialist construction.It includes both the implementation mechanism of policies such as organization,meeting and personnel training,as well as the internalization mechanism of people's acceptance of new systems and concepts such as propaganda,ideological and political education.This is also the root of the effective implementation of various principles and policies in the construction of the socialist wage system in 1956,and the concept of wages is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
