基于书院式育人的区域青年教师协同成长——以S市H区“青年教师成长营”为考察对象

摘  要:在弘扬“教育家精神”和争做新时代“大先生”的时代命题背景下,如何突破常规经验模式,从区域层面探索青年教师高质量发展的培养路径,成为促进青年教师专业发展的重要命题。本文以S市H区的青年教师队伍建设为例,该区从以中国古代书院制、西方住宿书院制和当代大学书院制为源头的书院式育人模式中汲取养分,立足新时代区域青年教师专业发展的现实需求,形成了一种兼具区域特性与辐射推广价值的区域青年教师协同成长模式。这一成长模式基于“从实践中来,到实践中去”的整体路径,通过打造学习互动社区、实施立体化导师制以及倡导朋辈共学共进,共同指向区域高质量青年教师队伍建设,以期实现区域青年教师专业素养螺旋式迭代发展,为区域青年教师队伍建设带来了新的可能。Against the backdrop of promoting the“the spirit of educators”and striving to be“great educators”in the new era,exploring innovative approaches to enhance the professional development of young teachers at the regional level has become imperative.Drawing inspiration from three historical sources--Chinese ancient academies;western residential college systems and contemporary university mentorship models,H District of S City has formulated a regional collaborative growth model for young teachers.It combines regional characteristics with the potential for radiation and promotion,grounded in the practical needs of their professional development in the new era.Guided by the goal of building a high-quality team of young teachers,this growth model follows the overall principle of“from practice,to practice”.Through creating interactive learning communities,implementing threedimensional mentorship system and advocating peer learning and co-progress,it collectively aims at developing a high-quality team of young teachers in the region,ultimately achieving spiral progression in pedagogical and bringing new possibilities for the construction of the regional young teachers’team.
