摘  要:作为一种人文性和道德性实践,教学旨在为个体成为人类文明和美好生活中的合格成员做好准备。通过师生代际交流,其帮助学生进入由人类文化传统、艺术作品、道德叙事、社会实践等构成的文明世界,促使重识自己的认识,体验人类的情感、希望和恐惧,能够公开、自由地思考与探索自身关切或遭遇的真实问题,并做出真诚而严肃的反应。当下教学与道德性实践、人文性价值脱节,致使师生在日常教学中无法应对道德困境、价值冲突与身份危机。教学的道德性与人文性失落,导致了教学贫困,具体表征为:新自由主义话语及商业管理思维贯穿教学实践;数字化崇拜及有效性教学的价值缺席;品控文化支配教学逻辑,阻碍教学创新,形成信息茧房效应。捍卫教学的人文价值和道德性实践,教师应该重新发现教学的意义及责任,在教学中重塑知识即美德的传统,重回日常生活与教学的融合,以使教学真正有利于人性的增长与人的教育。Teaching,as a humanistic and moral practice,aims to prepare individuals to be qualified members of human civilization and to lead a good life.Through intergenerational communication between teachers and students,teaching helps students to meet the human civilization,including cultural traditions,artistic works,moral narratives and social practices.Students can then reflect on their perceptions,and experience human emotions,hopes,and fears.Moreover,they are also able to think and explore personal concerns and real-world issues freely and publicly,responding sincerely and seriously.However,there is currently a disconnect between teaching and moral practices,as well as humanistic values,which prevents teachers from tackling moral dilemmas,value conflicts,and identity crises in their daily work.The erosion of morality and humanity in teaching has resulted in the poor quality of education,this can be seen in the infiltration of neoliberal discourse and a commercial and management mindset into the teaching practices;the digital worship and the absence of values in effective teaching;the teaching logic governed by a quality control culture which suppresses educational innovation and fosters information cocoon.To defend the humanistic values and moral practices of teaching,teachers should rediscover the meaning and responsibility of teaching,rebuild the tradition of“virtue is knowledge”,and reintegrate daily life with teaching,thus promoting the humanity and the education of human beings.
