术前子宫动脉介入化疗在早期巨块型宫颈癌中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术前子宫动脉介入化疗在早期巨块型宫颈癌中的作用。方法选取40例早期巨块型宫颈癌患者,按照双盲法分为研究组(术前子宫动脉介入化疗)与对照组(全身静脉化疗),每组20例,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。研究组患者临床指标、治疗后血管内皮功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在早期巨块型宫颈癌患者治疗中应用术前子宫动脉介入化疗的效果显著,可提高手术根除率,减少患者术中出血量,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To exploring the effect of preoperative uterine artery intervention chemotherapy on early massive cervical cancer.Methods 40 patients with early-stage massive cervical cancer were selected and divided into the study group(preoperative uterine artery intervention chemotherapy)and the control group(systemic intravenous chemotherapy)using a double-blind method,with 20 patients in each group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 80.00%,which was higher than the control group's 50.00%(P<0.05).The clinical indicators and post-treatment endothelial function indicators of the study group patients were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative uterine artery interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of early massive cervical cancer patients has a significant effect,which can improve the surgical eradication rate,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding in patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
