活血化瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨活血化瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤的效果。方法选取子宫肌瘤患者106例为研究对象,随机分为活血化瘀组及米非司酮组,每组53例。米非司酮组采用米非司酮治疗,活血化瘀组在口服米非司酮的基础上采用活血化瘀汤治疗,均持续12周。比较两组患者的中医证候积分、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗12周后,活血化瘀组各项中医证候积分均低于米非司酮组(P<0.05)。活血化瘀组治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于米非司酮组的81.13%(P<0.05)。活血化瘀组不良反应发生率为7.55%,低于米非司酮组的22.64%(P<0.05)。结论采用活血化瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤,能显著改善患者的中医证候积分,提高治疗效果,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type.Methods 106 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a Huoxue Huayu group and a mifepristone group,with 53 cases in each group.The mifepristone group was treated with mifepristone,the Huoxue Huayu group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Decoction on the basis of oral mifepristone.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the Huoxue Huayu group were lower than those in the mifepristone group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Huoxue Huayu group was 96.23%,which was higher than 81.13%of the mifepristone group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Huoxue Huayu group was 7.55%,which was lower than 22.64%in the mifepristone group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type uterine fibroids can significantly improve the TCM syndrome scores of patients,improve the therapeutic effect,and have less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
